  I'm here to help get you back on track.

I help to create a safe space for you to talk about what is important to you.

I'm a counsellor with  experience and training to help you or your loved one navigate behavioural or mental challenges.

 I am also a proud Mum of two teenage boys and understand the challenges and joys of parenting and the courage it takes to reach out and ask for help.

I work with people struggling to fit in or who feel overwhelmed and stressed navigating everyday life. 

I work with individuals  who manage their emotions by engaging in self-harm, disordered eating and other risky behaviours.

 I facilitate Circle of Security programs, Emotion-Focused Family Therapy caregiver workshops and Connect Parent groups.

I work with individuals who are on the autism spectrum, have ADHD, are designated as gifted or are neurodivergent.

I am an LGBTQI+ ally.

I am a mental health provider for the First Nations Health Authority.
